Steve’s Paint Team, sometimes called the ‘Dream Team’, recently finished a commercial repainting job at 1010-1046 4^th Street, Castlegar. Steve, Joban, Akash, and Inder were tasked with repainting a commercial building that was originally painted orange. The proprietor and A&A Painting were decidedly united in finding a better color since the old color conjured images of old prison block establishments.

For the repainting, the whole building would exude a finish of blends of dark blue. The upper stucco area was painted with BM 805 New York State of Mind in an ultraspec flat. For the flashing and trim a BM 804 Chicago Blues in aura soft gloss was selected. The lower stucco was painted with OC 18 Dove, and the wing was finished off with a covercoat flat.
